We have a great line up of speaker for our upcoming workshop !

Mike Fabrizi is proudly a St. Louisan.  Born and raised in the city, he relocated to the Washington, DC area in 1990 to take a job with The MITRE Corporation. MITRE is a Federally Funded Research and Development Center.  MITRE works exclusively in the public interest and typically acts as an “honest broker” and helps public sector clients meet their system requirements.  Over the past decades, Mike has worked for public sector clients at the Federal, state, and local level.

Mike is also a keen observer of the digital economy and is well aware of the benefits, the challenges and the process of transformation that all communities will experience as they become a true “Smart City”.

Mike says, “I am very, very enthusiastic about the Delmar Loop Innovation Neighborhood effort. The smart neighborhood concept builds upon what we know about everything that makes cities such great engines of culture and value. I think this concept has legs that can walk across the world; it is wonderful that it is getting started in St. Louis”.

Mike has maintained ties to the St. Louis area, where he regularly visits family. He charitably supports the area as a Marlin Perkins Society member at the St. Louis Zoo and a Henry Shaw Associate at the Missouri Botanical Garden.

Mike has an Honors BA, a Masters in Quantitative Management Science, and an MBA from Saint Louis University. He is also a Principal Member of the Technical Staff, the MITRE Corporation
